Company History:
Facility Risk Consultants was founded in 2002 by Mr. John O. Dizon, former VP of the Facility Risk Division at
EQE International, a world-renowned seismic engineering and risk management consulting firm. Over the past
16 years at EQE, Mr. Dizon has successfully managed several large scale seismic related projects for commercial
nuclear utilities, Department of Energy facilities, semiconductor manufacturing companies, among others, and provided excellent
consulting services to all.
Mr. Stephen J. Eder, former Sr. VP of ABS Consulting's (formerly EQE International) Asia-Pacific Division, joined the company
as CEO & Senior Partner in early 2003.
Mr. Eder has brought along his many years of experience and expertise in the areas of seismic & forensic engineering; structural
& financial risk consulting, regulatory compliance issues, among others.
Under the present leadership of Messrs. Dizon and Eder, Facility Risk Consultants will continue to provide the
same excellent engineering consulting services to all of its existing and new clients, and grow into the future.
